Representatives from the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board and 08 members of the Group were present at the conference, namely: the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council (Head of the Group), Department of Home Affairs (Vice Head of the Group), the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Science and Technology, Statistics Agency, and Board of Ethnic Affairs.

The cross-check showed that members of the Group have taken the initiative to launch movement, register the emulation covenant, and plan to organize the work of emulation and commendation. The movement of emulation and commendation of each member in the Group has made many positive changes in all aspects. Several units have selected emphasized content, determined breakthrough content, organized the emulation movement, and found solutions for implementation.

However, some limitations were found such as: the rate of Emulation Fighter went beyond regulation; the emulation movement was superficial with no depth and no attraction for the staff to participate; etc. At the conference, unit members gave rigorous peer review and discussion with each other to find out quick and efficient solutions to the situation.
