At the event, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Member of the Party Executive Committee and Deputy Chief in charge of the Administration Office, announced Decision No. 27/QĐ-SNgV dated March 9, 2026 on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan as Deputy Director of the Quang Tri Service Center for Forreign Affairs. The term of appointment is five years, effective from March 10, 2026.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Tran Ngoc Lan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, presented the appointment decision for the position of Deputy Director of the Quang Tri Service Center for Forreign Affairs and offered flowers to congratulate Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan. In his remarks assigning the new responsibilities, Mr. Tran Ngoc Lan congratulated Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan and affirmed that the appointment reflects the trust and confidence of the Department’s leadership in his capabilities, qualities, and professional contributions. He also expressed his expectation that, in his new role, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan will continue to promote his abilities and work together with the staff of the Quang Tri Service Center for Forreign Affairs to strengthen solidarity and make every effort to successfully fulfill assigned tasks. Particular emphasis was placed on implementing comprehensive digital transformation in the field of external information, meeting the increasingly high demands and growing workload of the foreign affairs sector, especially in the context of deepening international integration.

In his remarks upon assuming the new role, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan expressed his sincere gratitude for the attention, trust, and confidence shown by the leadership of the Department of Foreign Affairs. Taking to heart the guidance of Mr. Tran Ngoc Lan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Department, Mr. Tuan affirmed that in his new position he will continue to strive, further develop his professional capacity, and uphold strong political integrity, ethics, and personal conduct. He also pledged to maintain a strong sense of responsibility, fulfill the role of a leader, and work closely with the Center’s staff to effectively implement its functions and new tasks. In particular, he emphasized promoting external relations service activities to expand and enhance the Center’s role and standing. He expressed his determination to successfully carry out all assigned responsibilities and contribute wholeheartedly to the development of the province’s foreign affairs sector.
