At the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Duc Hanh, Acting Deputy Director of the Quang Tri Service Center for Foreign Affairs, provided a brief overview of the Center’s operations following the recent administrative merger. She also expressed the Center’s interest in furthering cooperation with Udon Thani Rajabhat University in areas such as education and culture, including collaboration to organize Thai language training courses in Quang Tri province. The Center is currently working toward building a multi-functional, professional operating model to better meet the growing demands of international cooperation at the local level. 

On behalf of the Udon Thani Rajabhat University, representatives shared key information regarding graduate programs available to international students. The university reaffirmed its commitment to providing comprehensive support for international students through scholarship opportunities, academic guidance, and favorable study environment in Thailand.

Both sides also reviewed several successful cooperative activities that have been effectively implemented within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in 2022, and reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation through exchange programs, mutual visits, and the sharing of experiences in management and human resource training. 

This visit further solidified the close relationship between the Quang Tri Center for Foreign Affairs and Udon Thani Rajabhat University, contributing to further strengthening Vietnam - Thailand relations in education and local partnerships, while also opening up practical and effective prospects for future collaboration.
